This is place well known for Media person of Uttar Pradesh. Some media persons always there. Almost every day some press conference is going here. One can book this place for press conference and get media attention. Place is very old and fighting for modern amenities. Lacke of cleaning and required facilities make this place very negative impression. Government need to restructure this place with current and future requirements.

Favourite book launch place. Authors should always go for launching their first ones here. I myself have launched my two Shayari books, Lafzon ki Udaan and Waqt-Bewaqt here. They were launched by the most renowned historian of Awadh late Padmashri Dr. Yogesh Praveen and writer and Railway officer Mr. Amitabh Kumar.
